Supporting independent psychosocial recovery

Mid North Coast and Remote | NDIS Support

About me

Hi, I’m Edward, an independent Psychosocial Recovery Coach supporting NDIS participants as a sole trader.

I focus on helping people build confidence, work toward their own goals, and strengthen independence in everyday life, using a person-centred, trauma-informed approach.

Portrait of Edward Tuohey, Psychosocial Recovery Coach

For 14 months, I provided intensive one-to-one and two-to-one support to a client with complex, high-intensity needs. This gave me first-hand insight into the practical and emotional challenges many NDIS participants face day to day. I work alongside people, bringing empathy, consistency, and practical strategies that I tailor to each individual.
