Mid North Coast NSW and Remote | NDIS Support
About me
Based in the Nambucca Valley, I provide independent psychosocial recovery coaching for NDIS participants across the Mid North Coast, including Macksville, Nambucca Heads, Bowraville, Bellingen, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, and surrounding communities. Remote support is also available where appropriate.
Space to reflect. Support to move forward.
I work alongside participants to build confidence, strengthen independence, and move toward goals that are meaningful to them. My approach is grounded in respect, empathy, and practical support, working with each person at their own pace and recognising that recovery looks different for everyone.
Support is available in person, by phone, and via secure video sessions.

In addition to psychosocial recovery coaching, I also offer independent disability support work for participants who are not currently receiving psychosocial recovery coaching from me. This includes practical, day-to-day assistance tailored to each person’s needs. Availability varies depending on location, support requirements, and current capacity, so please contact me to discuss your circumstances.
For 14 months, I provided one-to-one and two-to-one support to a participant with complex, high-intensity needs. That experience gave me first-hand insight into the practical and emotional challenges many NDIS participants face day to day, and continues to inform my approach through empathy, consistency, and practical strategies tailored to each individual.
